Delivery

At Íon Candle Co. we avoid plastic
where possible in our packaging. We use kraft paper to fill any void
space in your parcels to ensure a safe delivery of your Íon products.

On occasions we may use bubble wrap or similar, using packaging received from our suppliers thus reducing single use plastics. 

Normal deliveries resume 3rd Jan.

Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch it within 2 business days. We ship all orders using Fastway. Fastway aims to deliver your parcel the next working day. Nationwide delivery with real-time tracking updates, however delays may occur particularly during busy periods in which case your parcel will reach you in 48hrs. Our delivery charges for Ireland (ROI & NI) are as follows:

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information via email. Carrier delays in transit can occur, which are outside of our control.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the time you receive your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your
item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused,
undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order
reference with your return.

To start a return, contact us at
ion@ioncandleco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return
details. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be
accepted. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

You can always contact us for any
return question at ion@ioncandleco.com. All items should be packaged to
reach us safely and we recommend you register your parcel. Note, it is
your responsibility to pay the postage fees on returns which is not
refundable. 

We will notify you once we’ve
received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was
approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your
original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your
bank or credit card company to process. 

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon
receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or
if you receive the wrong item. We can evaluate the issue and make it
right. Please ensure images are retrieved for any damage to your parcel and products caused during transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be
returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised
items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your
specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
